Request account deletion

Sign in to your workspace, open Account, and choose Request account deletion. You can do this from a desktop or mobile browser.

If you cannot access your account, contact JayPeg on +91 70346 88919. The team will verify the request before handling personal data. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents over WhatsApp.

Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account. JayPeg will review the account, profile and project enquiry records covered by your request. JayPeg will complete eligible deletion and confirm the outcome within 30 calendar days after receiving an authenticated request. Records that must be kept for a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction may be retained; the team will explain what remains and why.
