Adults only

This is an adults-only pilot. Do not submit a minor's data, images or portfolio. Active website purposes are registration and profile review only; projects, bookings, payments, AI and Creator services are coming soon and handled by direct contact.

Registration consent

At registration you agree to the Platform Terms and consent to this registration processing: email for one-time codes, account, support and security; name and role for your account; talent profile and portfolio for team review; the consent record as compliance evidence. Public display happens only after separate profile-publication permission and team approval.

Your rights and routes

Email jayakrishnan@jaypegproductions.com (WhatsApp +91 70346 88919 as secondary) for access or correction, consent withdrawal, account erasure, public-profile takedown or a grievance. We verify requests and respond without promising immediate deletion.

Retention

Unverified sign-in attempts: handled by the authentication provider and its rate limits. Rejected or abandoned profile drafts: reviewed and deleted on request. Approved profiles: kept until withdrawal or account closure. Acceptance and audit evidence: kept only as needed for legal, compliance or dispute needs. Essential security logs and backups: retained according to provider operations.

Information you provide

We use your email address to verify sign-in and support your account. You can provide your name and account role, a professional or business name, city, biography and a website or portfolio link. We keep the review status, the versions of the Platform Terms and Privacy Notice you accepted or acknowledged with the time recorded by our database, and account deletion requests. We do not store your one-time code, a password, your IP address or identity documents as registration evidence.

Who can see your information

JayPeg staff use your account details and profile submissions to review work, respond to requests and provide support. Profile submissions become public only after team approval. The approved professional name, category, city, biography and portfolio link can appear in the public directory; your sign-in email is not part of that public profile.

Hosting, traffic measurement and security

Lovable hosts the website. The hosting platform may use a short-lived session identifier and process the page path and URL, referrer, browser and device information, locale and approximate country to measure traffic and protect the service. Cloudflare or the hosting edge may set essential security cookies. Do not put sensitive information in URLs or links you share with us.

Other service providers

Supabase provides email verification, authentication and storage of account and profile records. Resend delivers sign-in emails. These providers process the information needed to provide their services. If you contact us on WhatsApp or open an external portfolio link, that service handles your interaction under its own privacy practices.

Your work and AI permissions

Creating an account or submitting a profile does not permit AI training, cloning, FaceApp, face swaps, digital doubles or generative use of talent images, likenesses, voices or work. Any such use requires separate, explicit, informed written consent. AI tools and credits shown during this launch are previews and are not active.

Account changes and deletion

You can update account details and submit profile changes in Workspace. To request deletion, open Workspace, then Account, then Request account deletion, or follow the steps at /account-deletion. A request does not immediately delete records. JayPeg reviews the request, explains any records that must be retained for legal obligations, and confirms the outcome.

iPhone app privacy supplement

Effective 7 October 2026

The iPhone app uses the same Roster Circles account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or, if your existing account already has one, with a password. Both are handled by Supabase Auth. The app keeps your sign-in session in storage protected by your device, so you stay signed in on the phone you used.

A talent profile submission can include your professional name, category, city, biography, a portfolio or Google Drive link, and a confirmation about your rights to the material. JayPeg may review portfolio work you have allowed us to see. Approved selections are shown publicly only after you give publication permission and the team approves them.

A project brief stays on your iPhone while you are drafting it. It reaches JayPeg only if you choose to send it through WhatsApp or email. Once you send it, those external services handle the message under their own privacy practices.

The app connects to the Roster Circles account API and to Supabase Auth. These providers may process connection and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

If you request account deletion from a signed-in session, JayPeg will complete eligible deletion and confirm the outcome within 30 calendar days after receiving an authenticated request. Records that must be kept for a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction may be retained; the team will explain what remains and why.
