Accounts and Founding Circle review
During this launch, verified-email registration is available to brands and individual talent aged 18 or older who are authorised to create the account. Keep account details accurate and secure. Talent may submit a profile for team review. Registration, application or review does not guarantee approval, a public listing, introductions, work or bookings. JayPeg may request evidence and may decline, suspend or remove access or a profile where appropriate.
Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only after the relevant client and providers accept written scope, deliverables, dates, availability, usage rights, price, taxes, payment timing, travel and cancellation terms. The booking-agreement preview published at /booking-agreement is a project-stage draft for planning, not a signed contract. Accepting these Platform Terms does not accept any booking agreement, project usage, timing, travel, payment, cancellation or AI permission; those are agreed separately for each confirmed project.
Manual projects, quotes and payments
Every project, brief, quote, invoice and payment is currently coordinated directly by JayPeg through WhatsApp or email. Online requests, booking, checkout, payments, credit purchases and live AI generation are not active. Payment is handled by JayPeg after scope confirmation. Previews are not an order or a completed service.
Your authority and submitted content
You must be authorised to act for the account or business you represent and hold the rights needed to submit briefs, portfolios, product images and other material. You retain ownership of your content while allowing JayPeg to review, store and display it only as needed for the service and any separately accepted scope.
AI and likeness protections
Joining, submitting work or accepting a conventional shoot does not permit AI training, cloning, FaceApp, face swaps, digital doubles or generative use of real talent images, likenesses, voices or work. Each such use requires separate, prior, explicit and informed written consent from the talent and every other necessary rights holder. Product-only source work for AI use also requires rights clearance for every supplied product, image, artwork and brand asset.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading material, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass security, scrape private information, misuse contact details, or use the platform to exploit, harass or discriminate against anyone. Keep one-time sign-in codes private.
Privacy, suspension and availability
The Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. JayPeg may suspend access or remove content to protect people, rights, security or the service, or for material breach. Preview and Founding Circle features may change, pause or be withdrawn.
Disclaimers and liability
Profiles, availability, suitability and outcomes must be independently reviewed before booking. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, listing, matching, booking or commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law, updates and contact
